Are OCHA products photosensitive?


None of our products are photosensitive, you can expose yourself to the sun in peace.




How much face cream should i apply?


About 5 pumps or the size of a walnut of the product are sufficient to cover face and neck. Rub gently.




When should i use the lotion?


You can use lotion in the morning, on clean skin, after moisturizer. Moisturizing effects will be multiplied and your skin will be hydrated and fresh for your makeup. After cleaning your skin at night, you can use the lotion as a night care. With these anti-inflammatory, healing, calming, antiseptic, purifying and moisturizing properties, your skin will be nourished and vivified in the morning.




Is there a sun protection in OCHA products?


There is a light sunscreen with Marula oil that protect the skin against UV rays and external agressions (cold, wind, pollution...) and Raspberry seed oil that absorbs some of the UVA and UVB rays.




Can i remove my eyes makeup with the cleanser gel PURIFYING FRESHNESS?


Yes, it is very gentle on the eyes. If you have a light makeup on your eyes, you can remove it all at once, face and eyes, with about 5 pumps of cleanser and with a bit of water, it becomes foamy. If you have a more pronounced makeup or wearing a waterproof mascara, apply the cleanser gel on a wet cotton, remove gently on eyelashes and eyelids.




I have rosacea problems, which products can i use?


You can use the following products: - Cleanser Gel Face + Eyes PURIFYING FRESHNESS (dry and sensitive skin) - Face cream MOISTURIZING BOOST (dry and sensitive skin) - Exfolimask 2 in 1 LUMINOUS SKIN




Are there products that contained walnut oils?


There is no walnut or almond oils in OCHA products.

What is your return policies?


We will be happy to exchange the product or refund it within 15 days of purchase. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the item. After this period, it will not be possible to obtain any exchange or refund.
